About The “Rob Dog”

My name is Rob Boley, I am a 26 year old writer who is so full of passion for writing I am sick from it (literally mentally ill) ! This is my blog that sometimes may end up being a vlog, and most times will be a stream of consciousness filled with covers, short stories, rants and more. I have Borderline Personality Disorder and a particularly prevalent symptom for myself is feeling the extremities of emotions- the highest highs and lowest lows. These feelings can be difficult to control, also known as emotional regulation, and if not managed properly can lead to consequences such as overspending, overeating, risky sexual behavior and self-harm.

All of that sounds absolutely terrible.

Instead, I much prefer the healthier outlets of writing, photography, cinematography and playing music. This website is a dedication and an ever-living project of my thoughts as they develop over my life. I hope one day they can serve as foundation for self-reflection, to admire my growth and learn from my mistakes, and notably since this is public, for others to learn and grow from my experiences.
